Little Owl Media is a local family business publishing the Who’s Local Magazines. We launched our first magazine, The Heaton Mag, in April 2005 and have since expanded to three more areas, now distributing 30,000 copies across Bolton. In fact, we were the first business in Bolton to publish this type of magazine.

Over the years, we have worked with hundreds of businesses, many of whom have been advertising with us for over a decade. We are proud to be part of the local community, helping to connect residents with trusted local businesses and encouraging people to shop locally.
