Little Owl Media is a local family business publishing the Who’s Local Magazines.  We published our first magazine ‘The Heaton Mag’ in April 2005 and have since introduced  3 more titles.  In fact, we were the first business in Bolton to publish this type of magazine.  We have worked with hundreds of businesses over the years, many of whom have been advertising with us for over 10 years.   We are proud to be part of the local community, encouraging local people to use local businesses.
